We provide a full range of fee levels and are able to accommodate clients with varying ability to pay. Fees are determined using a sliding fee scale, applied according to family income. We accept payment by cheque or cash. Unless third-party billing is arranged, payment is made at the end of each session. A fee may be charged for missed or cancelled appointments made less than 24 hours in advance.
Insurance coverage is available in most cases. We have provided services on behalf of major Employee Assistance Programs and for most employers with internal EAP benefits. Please let us know if you want to verify your EAP provider’s coverage of our services.
Many churches offer financial support for counselling services. Contact the pastoral care staff of your church for further information regarding assistance.
The sliding scale fee schedule is based upon a 50 minute session:
